Dr. Bassam Mahasneh is an Associate Professor and Chairman of the Civil Engineering Department at Mu’tah University, Al-Karak, Jordan since 1999. He also serves as the Assistant Dean of School of Engineering at the same university since 2001. He has obtained his M.S. degree at Tongji University, Shanghai, China, in 1994, and his Ph.D. degree at Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 1998.
