Dr Emad Akawwi works as a Geotechnical Engineer at the Natural Resources Authority of Jordan at Amman. Born in 1966, Akawwi received his BS at Al-Yarmouk University, Irbid, Jordan in 1988 and his MS at University of Wales Cardiff, United Kingdom in 1999. Emad worked at a variety of jobs, from a supermarket manager to petroleum geologist and sometimes even as a geotechnical engineer. In addition to his native tongue Arabic, Emad speaks English and French as well.
